Im really new into this and i got some questions..

How does my page grow ???

currently my page does have 10k followers, but i only get abou 10-20 like lol

I used followboom to get these followers...

How do yall get followers ????

Follow - like - comment, on profiles related to your niche, that way you can increase the engagement.

Or, buy fake followers, but that's just money down the drain. Follow-like-comment, rinse and repeat multiple times per day, every day. If it was easy, we'd all be at the beach or going to the mailbox to collect the checks, instead of being here learning how to make more.

Basically what others have said. Follow tons of people, comment and like tons of photos. Make sure you're following people who are interested in your niche as they are more likely to interact with the photos you post.
