How to get followers to engage

Hi. I have 61k followers and around 3-5% engagement. I get about 2-3k likes per post. How can i get the test of my followers to engage too?

Your followers are probably comes from fake accounts or they have no interest regarding your niche. They followed you just because they get follower back. In this case, Things will be the same, else you need to post something trending and interesting.
