How do you get feedback on an account you want to sell on without a working address?

I see here many people are buying items to build some feedback but also know they are using a fake address.

So how are people getting feedback without a working address to send item to?

I have never entered a fake address (but my family address and friends address). But when you need some quick feedback by buying $.99 items like you mentioned, just change the shipping address to your address or friends after buying and 'when confirming the shipping information'. It has always worked for me.

Cannot change the address to my address as ebay banned me for not providing a SSN after I sold 100s of items on my account.

Well like I said, if you're only trying to get some feedback (lets say like 10-20) to kick start your new ebay account, use someone's address just for this purpose. Use your friends, neighbors, etc. in the shipping information section. Or buy like cheap services delivered online. Like Twitter followers, etc which you can get for $1 or so.

The reason I said 'buy' stuff is because, then you will not have to pay any ebay or paypal fees which is a pain in the butt, if you sell stuff for cheap just for the feedback.

Buy things at auction that have a history of a 20% different that you can visually categorize as being able to be shipped by USPS First Class (If you live in the U.S. that is.) The smaller the better.

To expand on this a little further, companies on eBay sell things in two ways - auctions and buy it nows. Buy it Nows usually yield the most profit because a consumer doesn't want to wait until the end of the bidding process - they want it now. As a result, they usually pay more. Auctions are good for eBay Sellers because although they bring in less money per item (less profit) - they can push sales by having several auctions sold every day. Great for moving inventory at a faster pace at the risk of a financial return.

So, you can go on eBay and find something such as specific baseball cards (which can be shipped in a small envelope). You can even make a little money (and I do mean "little") by buying lots of 10 of them same card from someone and reselling them.

This will give you a bunch of "Sellers" feedback - which is the only kind of feedback eBay really cares about. Go on there and buying a thousand things doesn't make you look great to eBay, but it does to most buyers so its still worth doing.

Sell cheap virtual stuff like ebooks or pictures for 0.99$ or buy them , there are plenty penny auction listings on ebay currently and they deliver you the item to your email so no actual address is required.

Thank you. I thought digital delivery was banned from ebay.

I read a post here that someone bought a couple digital delivery items from a seller and the seller got banned and they got a warning of some kind.

I personally dont sell digital goods on ebay but there are ton of those penny auctions selling images or food recipes so although its not allowed there they are.

Yes, if they find out they will take the listing down. And if you do this repeatedly, they will ban you again. However, you can copy the ebook to a cd and ship it instead, and will be fine.

Although there are ton of those kinda listing, if you were already banned before, don't take another silly risk just for a few feedbacks.

I am not looking to sell anything I am looking to build feedback as quick as possible even if it is a buyer feedback.

I did not get banned and never sold anything digital or anything like it.

Their are of course some faster methods at receiving feedback on eBay.
Just be careful though because you could easily get penalized for "feedback manipulation" and that would of course
suspend your account. So work steady and do not get greedy for feedback.

    Cheers

Hey, you mentioned about a ban previously, which is why I 'worded' my last reply that way. Maybe you were implying they 'limited' your account for not providing your #SSN. Either way, just follow the good steps everyone has provided here for you and I think you'll fine. Good Luck :)
