How to get FB Coupon code for New Advertisers?

Hello Guys,

I read somewhere FB gives away some promotional coupon to new advertiser but there is a trick to get that code notification.
I am not sure what exactly to do to get that notification on my business manager.

If anyone knows, please share here.

But it is in section Jr.Vip and you need upgrades to Jr.Vip to see it

Facebook ad vouchers only give you events or when you use test accounts on facebook when you report an error and it is almost impossible to buy it elsewhere.
 
Not sure that there is a specific method. Used to get a couple from FB without asking for anything.
