    Hello everyone,

Recently I saw an empty site ranked #1 on Yahoo, Google, and MSN. From what I can tell the PR is 0 and only has about 4 backlinks. I'm new to the game and was wondering how this can be accomplished?

Search listmaster*com on google, msn and yahoo and its #1..

    Whats up with that?

listmaster.com is hell easy to rank for. It only got 107 competitors lol. Few shitty backlinks and he ranked for #1 spot.

Hey guys thanks for the responses.

Thats my mistake. Listmaster.com has 1.3 million results but you have to search under keyword listmaster which has 1,330,000 results, not listmaster.com which has 109

Whats a good way to check backlinks because I checked with backlinkwatch.com and got 4 backlinks, but then I check backlinkchecker.co.uk and get 82k backlinks from yahoo and 6 from other search engines, so im confused.

What do you guys recommend using to check the total backlinks of any website?

Im extremely new to SEO and been searching the forums and learning and im getting information overload with everything here! It doesn't help i've got ADD too :). Either way, thanks for the help. Now back to the forums...

Sites for which Keywords which are not searched that frequently are easy to rank in search engines. You can get a fair idea of the monthly search volume for any keyword in a decent keyword suggestion tool. A good free one is at SEOBook site.

Ill check that out Sikandar. I was looking for a good free keyword research tool. I was only going by the number of results I saw in google.

SEObook has a lot of good valuable information, thanks.
