As for how to get email lists yourself, it depends. If you want to buy lists there are plenty of options, on the forum as well as online. You can also scrape lists with scrapers or build your own through quality content, lead magnets, etc. Thats a bit slower but the quality is a lot higher.

What niche are you targeting? I'd suggest building your own list (to guarantee the highest quality) before potentially wasting money on a useless or irrelevant one. Find something valuable you can offer in exchange for someone's email, run a Facebook ad campaign, and watch the emails roll in.
