Instead of creating your own spider, just use existing tools to get the email list from YP

Well, you're basically just trying to scrape yellow pages.
Sorry to break this to you, but you're probably late in the game.
The best way to play this if you're looking for fresh, compact emails, is to use Whois information if you have a list of websites.
If you are just having a tough time using those tools that you mentioned, why not get a custom scraper made.
There are lots of coders that should be able to slap one together for you.
I mean, how difficult is text scraping?
It's not like you are looking for something that will go several levels deep.

You seem to be after cracks which is not the way to go. Save some money up and get a genuine scrapebox license and you will be able to do a lot more with it.
