How to get deleted or banned IG usernames?

I wanted an IG name, and there is no profile attached to it, but when I create an account its not available, it must have gotten deleted or something. Is there any possibility of recovering that name? Is there someone or department at instagram I can contact to attempt to get the name? Thanks

I dont think its possible, unless you spend a lot in ads and have a facebook manager or something, or know someone that work at isntagram but even there it wont be cheap at all.

Unless youre a famous celeb or know a friend at IG hq then nope, you have 0 chance
