Worrying about followers, for a company page, is an almost futile exercise. Consider that most companies post most often about how great they are, rather than engaging folks through meaningful content- very few people follow companies to actually learn.

Go to the Spotlight feature and select Following your company. A list of all your competitor's followers will come up on the right. Now, exempt everyone working for your competitor. You can do this by clicking on the company filter section and selecting the current company.
