How to get Clients who need Website developed???

HI BH

I am working for a web development company and getting paid in pennies for Dollar work.
I am not able to eat good food and manage my family in this income. So please suggest me how can i get direct clients so that i get paid in Dollars directly instead pennies for my hard work. I have worked for nearby 20 projects and i know php aasql java on tips.

Any website suggestions are appreciated.

My friend suggested BHW to me and i hope i find a way to my good life.

3. Don't try to sell your work here without a service thread you will be "banned"
4. If you have good work people will contact you
5. Check out the freelance section a lot people are looking for freelancers
