Two things the see before accepting you :

1. Your country/location
2. Your sites

To overcome country issue, register an account under USA or some other countries that you think will be good.

To overcome website issue, go to website or blog directories, add at least 2/3 sites from each of the niches below to your account..don't worry they won't know or ask the site ownership. You need english and established sites, here are the website niches that you need to add to get better approval :

1. Insurance
2. Banking
3. Loans - personal and education loans
4. Education related
5. Entertainment - music and videos
6. Financial and investment

Just get 2/3 established sites or blogs, add them all into your CJ account and you will be ready to go. A thank will do
