Yes, you can do it by creating a funny and engaging post and that can give you dirt cheap clicks.
Try finding some viral images concerning Trump, and boost the post; Hope it helped.

high CTR and Relevance score will get you cheap CPC.

If your post is not being received well ( low CTR, too spammy), Facebook will scam you. I've been charged as high as 5$ CPC for some non engaging posts. I've also gotten close to 30 Cents US per click, which is not "dirt cheap" but considering i was in a pretty competitive niche, it was not bad at all.

Also too narrow targeting can drive your CPC through the roof, so watch out for that.

It is really important to understand what this actually means. I know a lot of people look at this as, what they are expected to pay per click. Wrong. The only people who are meant to pay the suggested bids are start-up companies who thought it would be "cool" to have ads on Facebook, "marketing" companies, and suckers.
