I know this is a terrible newbie question. I work in the adult industry. Seo and mainstream marketing are pretty new to me.

This is what I want to do.

I want add articles to different blogspot blogs and get them ranked for very low-competition keywords.

I can manage to rank position 1 for ezine articles because EZA has enough power in google so that I don't have to do any off-site seo.

Can you tell me how to do the off-site seo to get my blogspot blogs ranked for low competition keywords? And how long it should take?

What I've done so far is not working:

- social bookmarking
- adding signature and posting on forums

Hope someone can help.

Just to add: my blogspot blogs are not even listed after half a week.

Not sure about what your asking, but if you want to get a whole domain ranked, like http://www.example.com, then you'll have to use the website silo method.

Just look on here for backlink software and grab some PR3-PR8 Backlinks somebody is offering and spend a few weeks building backlinks.

Submit your blogs to adult search engines.

Wow - I guess I didn't make myself clear. Sorry!

How do I get a blogspot blog high in the Google rankings? Not my own domains, a blogspot blog.

I would thank you TwiiterDomination but I think you need more posts for the thanks button to appear.

I'll try what you suggest! These are VERY LOW competition keywords. Some only have a few dozen pages indexed in google. Is it going to take me weeks to get my blogs ranked?

Keywords stuffed in title, url and description. Submit semi-nude videos on d() f()ll()w video sharing sites to build backlinks and gain traffic.

High pr backlink packets.

That's cool. I'll try that :)

Lots and lots of high PR back links.
Regular content update daily basis.
Promotional Activities like link exchange.

You should change to wordpress on your own domain, that's faster and easier than to handle the "damned" blogspot. I always have the impression blogspot site rankings are manipulated from "above".

If you want to keep up with it, yes loads of links and from other blogspots (with PR) seems to have a ++.

5-10 links from social bookmarking sites won't help.
you need lots of links, even if they're coming from worthless PR- pages would help.
hundreds or thousands links. xrumer, or the likes should help.

Get the tools (paid and free) on this website---scrapebox, senuke, xrumer, best spinner, a good autoblog plugin or script like WP Robot. Now use them to get LOTS OF LINKS, and consistent new content being posted to the blog.

It usually takes 3 to 4 weeks before I see my blogspot blogs indexed ( and that is after I've done lots of comments on high PR pages and social bookmarking and pinging and RSS submissions ). There are so many spam bloggers on there that I think Google is discounting thier own platform.

It may be just me but from my experience with blogger blogs, getting indexed in 2-3 days is not that hard. A friend advised me sometime back, when i was starting my first adult blogger blog, that strangely for blogger, massive bookmarking and comment spamming does not seem to work at the start. So as per is advise all I did (until i got indexed) was join a fairly popular blogging community -> in my case it was ping.sg and added my blog. I then pinged my blog once via erm......I think it was ping-o-matic (sorry can't rem that cause i use pingler now). In addition to that, i did a addurl to google. And true enuf......i got indexed in a day plus. And once i got indexed then i commenced on my article submissions, comment spamming, social bookmarking, etc....

Now this has worked for me for all of my blogger blogs so far. I hope it does work for u.

smokes4life, When you say "indexed" do you mean that your actual site URL comes up in Google when you search for it or do you mean that you find a page with a backlink to your site?

I think there is some misunderstanding when people say they have a fast method to get indexed, by using Digg or other methods. Such as posting your link on Digg, the Digg page is indexed fast in G search results, but I never see my actual site come up in G search results for weeks - even after trying many methods I see on BHW.

And anyway blogspot sucks. All this "xrumer", mass blog spamming etc. ... You can save it and concentrate on more imortant tasks if you choose a diffent platform and use your own domain and hosting.

I spend several thousand a month on private servers for my adult sites. But in all honesty they've run on autopilot for years. So here I am, doing other things.

The reason I'm screwing around with blogspot isn't because I can't afford to throw up a wordpress on my owner server. I'm just trying to get something to work. I'd like a way of getting indexed as easily as I do with my EZA articles.

smokes4life, thanks a lot for that info. I'll try that out today!

Hello,

I think I'm confused... You are spending a couple G's a month on servers, but can't afford to put wordpress on your server? Wordpress is free... Also, you can find a coder here or on Rentacoder who will put up wordpress multi-user for $20.

If you want to get your blogspot blogs ranked for low comp. keywords this is what I do and I usually get top 5 rankings.

1. Make sure the article and tags are seo'd.
2. Post your anchor links with three to five keywords relating to your article on thousands of other wordpress mu blogs using automated software.

You shouldn't have any problem getting top 5 rankings on Google with that. We do it with keywords with 2,000,000 competition and it has worked for us just about every time.

Thanks also for this advice!

I've never monkeyed around much with blogs so I'm pretty clueless, as you can tell.

I'll try your approach as well but on a different server to my other stuff, just in case.

Movieman> I meant both actually. Though I get what you mean. When I (hmm don't know of the actual term) "register" my site to a blog portal (such as ping.sg or anything else) the backlink is actually found on google almost immediately. By a day or two max, a search of the blog address in google will most definitely show up.

Now the tricky thing is having the blog show up for the keywords you want. Many times, there are a lot of people who think that they are doing something wrong cause their blogs/sites are not showing up in their targetted keyword searches, and thus they think that they have not been indexed. But in actual fact, due to maybe the nature of their post or any other reason, they post or blog has been "tagged" to a different keyword or a variant of the intended targetted keyword. If that happens, which has happened to me, then its best to check through or seo again to see if something is wrong. I hope i am not confusing anyone here.........
