I currently live in Norway where an accountant costs 125$ / hour, lawyer 400$+ / hour and the tax payment itself is like 30-50%.

in addition to this it costs 3-5k month to live here, so ye.. time to move.

Thinking of moving my company to Georgia and then just travel around until I find a good country with low tax, but not sure how to do and if it's legal.

Anyone here having a good strategy for their taxes and is willing to give some advice?

I’m from Brazil and opened a company in Wyoming, USA. I pay 27.5% in taxes and around $300 for accountant monthly, which is optional, but essential for bookkeeping. And yes it’s perfect legal.

You may want to spend the money because "if it's legal" , you will be on the hook for any advice you may follow from some random forum...

Since that is out of the way:
- You can set up a company in another country. The profit of that company will then be taxed based on the country you incorporated.

Now what many fail to understand:
- What are you going to do with that money? If you just send it to yourself that would again be taxable on based where you live (or regardless if you were a US citizen). If you, however, leave it inside the company or have the company pay for expenses you can potentially save a lot.

This is a very simplified view, and again my opinion. I am now a tax professional and this is not legal advice.

You can open companies in Malta, Estonia, or the USA, it should not be hard as you are from a respected country. Just compare them and check whatever suits you best.

My opinion:

If above 1 million a year > Malta
If less and it's online related > Estonia (a bit hard on the beginning until you are a ecitizen)
If you rule in US Dollars > USA

Always reinvest the money, not a big deal.

Edit: Also I see Singapore hosting big sharks; if you are one ... maybe dive with them.

Good luck!
