How to get better rankings ... with outsourcing?

I'm trying to rank for a fairly new website with 1 or 2 main keywords.
I don't want to do any work myself I just want to pay someone to do it for me.
So what services can I buy to achieve better rankings?
I usually start with pack of social bookmarks. What's next?

Yeah, just buy some services here on BHW - social bookmarking is a good start, then buy some directory submissions and article submissions, building web 2.0 properties.

get some articles written for you and submitted to ezine with your baclink in
get some blog/forum commenting done with your backlink in
get a linkwheel service done (plenty on this forum)

That should be a very good start.
