you can submit your content Web 2.0 Sites, Wiki Sites, Social Bookmarking Sites, Video Sites, Article Directories, Web Directories, Forum Profiles

Register on forums with your real information. Leave your website url http//......(most forums have a place for this). Leave your anchor text. Do 4 or 5 a week, this is a backlink, it will also stick, if the forums are higher PR (page rank) it will also help your site. Do NOT use 50000 scapebox links or site pings. Do your home work on SEO as someone already posted. Do it ALL white hat. Post original material,your site will go up in position and PR as google updates. This is not rocket science. I just posted one post on my site not much competetive
then added seo and checked on seo sentro about my site keyword checking there was one link for checking proper seo tags i was 100% in url keyword meta and all then i posted one site that was pr7 comment about my post and put link there now i got pr5 rank i think for post becaus its showing on main page on 5th postion
Plz tell me that am i going right way ?
can this help me further got better rank for y site also if did same with all my posts
