I am considering moving our business to CB (currently using a foreign competitor).
Our big money maker are subscriptions in the bump order, however cancel / refund / chargeback rates are quite high because quite a lot of people are not aware of entering a subscription (still more profitable then highlighting it more).
Our current reseller has banned us now from selling any subscriptions because they received quite a lot of mail from customers' lawyers (eventho everything was legal, client opted into the order bump just did not read it was a subscription then got mad when he saw rebill on his account and refund period was over).
Would something like this be likely to happen with CB as well or do they simply not care / fight stuff like that? How much do they side with their vendors? I know they suspend / ban affiliate accounts quite easily, but how can you potentially mess up as a vendor?
Cheers
