How to get balance back from a restricted Amazon account?

Hi

Basically my Amazon account has been restricted to digital purchases months ago for no reason

Problem is support is not helping at all and I have a 1600€ balance stuck on it (I wanted to buy a 15 Pro Max and that's when Amazon restricted my account)

What could I do to get my balance or the account back? Tried BBB but it's on Amazon.fr they can't do anything...

I was thinking about buying a 1600€ book from someone and get the royalties, could this be a good idea?

Email [email protected], it's "jeff bezos' email" but actually it's just an email you can write to if you have an issue you want to escalate past the regular low level staff, if anyone will be able to resolve it then it's the staff who have access to that mail.
