How to get backlinks to 160K URLs...

SnailPear you'll need automated softwares for that many, in this case...I'd go for Autopligg for starters, then Xrummer blast on both your urls, as well as the autopligg result urls.
Autopligg because they are more permanent links (but not forever) links than Xrummer.
Other automated ways would be quite tough, unless if you have an article spinner to spin the 160,000 urls into 80,000 articles and post them to ezines

Yes I was thinking about Xrumer too, never used it but I'll contact some provider and discuss the details. As for autopligg, isn't that the same as bookmarking demon?

Run PRstorm with good proxies and send 10 hits to each url.

I forgot about PRstorm actually. It works great in your case, because you aren't going to send more than 20-30 links to each domain on your list. More than that, may perhaps raise red flags. But what you would need to do is to mix some PRstorm links, some bookmarkdemon links, some autopligg links, and if you'd like to, xrummer links in the mix (would be overkill perhaps, but if you can spare the budget, it's always best to have more)
For autopligg, it's actually a story submitter. You write some text, and include an url in your blast, think of it as an RSS aggragator I suppose?

Scrapebox could probably do this with some huge blog list and a lot of setting up, but that's $49 or whatever, not $200+ for xrumer.
