Hi,

I was conducting my latest backlink profile analysis of a competitor and noticed these communities:

helpx.adobe.com
support.apple.com
support.microsoft.com
knowledge.hubspot.com

Does anyone have any experience working with them?

Become member and participate.

Or reach out to existing members and buy their services.

Been there. These are branded support hubs — no guest post opportunities. You might squeeze a profile link after genuine participation, but don't expect do-follow SEO juice. If you need actual backlinks, hit up niche-specific blogs or outreach platforms instead.

Thanks for the feedback.
But I'm more interested in how much work goes into growing these accounts so that we can get links from these communities.
Unfortunately, the client doesn't have anyone who can handle this, which is why I'm looking for someone with experience.

Sign up as a member on their platform and either post content yourself or hire their services to place backlinks for you in exchange for a fee.

Unfortunately not. But one thing I must appreciate that you've shared these sites here.
I reckon they are huge link building opportunities.
