I have a list of coupon websites. I want to get links from them but can't able to get backlinks. There is no signup option. Please suggest me the right way ifanyone already used these websites. Here is the list of some websites:

Try to find the way to contact domain name owner.
Most likely such web sites were created and being developed for placing affiliate links and earning the commission.

if you don't have an affiliate offer, why would anyone bother adding your website,
contact the owners of the websites offering a good commission, win-win situation

Just reach to the website owner and ask him for the backlink. Offer him/her money!

The owner is probably just using offers from Share A Sale or CJ at scale. If OP wants to go big-time, he could create a CPA offer.
