hello,
i want to know how to get backlinks for a travel site, because that i want to release a new travel site and want to know how i can get high quality travel niche backlinks to boost site rank on google and other search engines.

If you are willing to pay for text links/backlinks, there are many options available directly and indirectly. There are few websites which provide free backlinks, some kind of barter deal will be required.

My job was almost the same-looking for backlinks from travel site. But I worked in a hotel. I suggest you to do
1. Search best travel blogs on Google.
2. Check the rank with Semrush(dot) com or Similarweb(dot) com. I chose the one below 1.000.000 (1-1 million)
3. Contact them. Ask them if they can do barter link. You can offer them an interview about their travel experience and put their website links on yours. And ask them to do the same
4. If they have a space for guest posts, you can pay to be featured there too...
5. There are some websites such as Bootsnall or Kiss from the World. The articles are from various writers. You can post yours there. Just contact them :). There are different sites such as Huffington Posts--> though it offers no follow, but it can direct visitors to your website considering its number of visitors. Use this as branding

There are lot of sellers in our marketplace offering backlinks for your travel niche sites. You can hire them to do complete backlinking process.

Or if you have time and budget, you can do it by yourself. Search for real blogs in your niche, contact the blog owners to post an article for yourself along with your site's link. They will charge a fee, if you are ok with it, you will get a real niche relevant backlink.
 
Do not buy links for your new site. It can hurt your website with Google algorithm updates.
You can register in niche communities and get signatures.
Post ads, business listings, classifieds.
Social media profiles links.
Blog links, web 2.0 backlinks, articles to other sites (guest blogging) can help you to earn more useful backlinks to get ranks.
 
another strategy: create informational pages on various small cities, then go into the wikipedia pages for those small cities and add links to your pages in the external links section

You need to concentrate on the content first. Build the site up and after a while get the backlinks done. You need to drip feed them over time otherwise it will look odd to the big G.
There are sellers in the marketplace on here who will drip feed them for you
 
Just use ahrefs to download the link profiles of two-three major competitors.
If you don't have the access - ask someone to give you the result (it'll be much cheaper - smth around $5-10)
