(History: my information under name John Doe /address 123 coral way miami fl 30313 account got suspended indefinately by ebay. )
i have tried the stealth method but not working for me, because my transaction amounts are huge $1000-$1,500. on stealth account it is risky if account gets frozen by paypal and since all the registration information false, all the frozen money will lost/stuck forever.
i am looking for a simply renew solution to getting back on ebay legaly and start selling again.
I search around information and i found out that forming a business will work so i got a business registered with state with my real address (which was suspended on ebay). i recently looked at ebay business registration form and see that they require business name plus address. now my address 123 coral way miami fl 30313 was suspended by ebay. now if i add my business name " snowfall designs" and address> 123 coral way miami fl 30313. will ebay just look the name or find out that this address has already been suspended?
what is the solution getting away.... please help any information will be helpful Thank you

If you have difficult to get back your account at eBay. Why not to register a new account eBay with different address?

your address is screwed, no way will you get another account on that address, so either move home or register the company at a business hotel

btw not a great idea to put your details in an open forum

OK, I have basically done exactly what you are proposing. Where you basically create a business such as an LLC so that you have an EIN number.

And I was doing big transaction amounts as well.

In actuality, it did work a LOT better than just trying to do it completely "stealth" without any SSN or EIN.

But, because I was doing so many transactions, eventually I hit the $20,000 mark, where they want you to prove your identity.

This Is where I entered the EIN. And it worked.. For about 2 or 3 weeks.

And then they wanted even more information. Which is sort of irritating.

Here is my video on creating a stealth account and I mention this EIN way:
hxxp://youtu.be/Xzyp7j81lhw (Change the hxxp to http).

My suggestion is to have say 4 EINs (4 businesses) and then you could actually split up the sales between the accounts.

Or, if you are not selling on ebay, just use a third party payment processor.

I have a video here where I review many 3rd party payment processors:

    (change hxxp to http).

I know your pain man.. That is why I have spent a lot of time getting this down right.

Create a business, and register your business with your local state. Your EIN becomes a TIN which is a replacement as a social security number. The problem most people have with using an EIN as their SS with eBay/PayPal is their lack of public record, so you have to create some kind of public record with a new address and your business so that when eBay/PayPal uses LexisNexis to verify data on the account and cross reference information it can do so automatically - if no information is found systematically, then red flags will go up and its easier to just suspend an account rather than look into any further. Many people have to file something with their local newspaper company to start creating public information.

So its best to run this account under the radar for as long as you possibly can while you do things like build up a long transaction history on PayPal and feedback on eBay - then when eBay pressures you for more information, you have to push the process of Making them accept your EIN as a social as your LLC or Corporation as it operates as it's own entity and there is nothing in the ToS about a person being a personal representative of that business and having to provide their own personal information for secondary verification. -- and this probably won't last long, so then it's best to find a nearby relative that have lived at their address for a couple of years and just say you are them, but without providing their social security number.

I had an account with 30,000+ positive feedback and eBay put the pressure on me and this is what I did. 2 years later, I woke up and found myself limited for failing to provide a social security number for my account instead of my EIN - and so I contacted them and changed my actual social by 2 digits - which didnt work in their system. I called and said "Well, this is my social, don't know why it's not working for you" - and the next day I was running again without limitations. eBay says they simply needed my social to verify that I was a Point of Contact in their system in case there were ever any problems. Oddly enough, it isn't illegal to provide a fake social seciurity number to this type of institution as long as I am not aware of it being someone elses' social security number.

But I want to make it known right now... eBay/PayPal is NOT currently simply accepting EIN numbers in place for SS numbers.
