How to get back my account

hello guys,

so i have this account which i accidentally removed my email from it. I tried to connect from another city and now its stucked to " We detected an unusual login attempt " + it says " To secure your account, you need to request help logging in" But when i click on " Get help logging in" it doesn't do much.

Is there a way to get back this account? I have the password but it doesnt help much.
