How to get back into Google FAST after being DMCA de-listed? Need help, please...

keywords here: back in, fast, de-listing

my website gets delisted like every week due to some DMCABS. if you are not familiar with DELISTING - it's slightly different from normal DMCA request, because instead of removing search results from google, this actually removes webpages from google, thus also preventing them from coming up in search, on ANY keywords. the acceptable part is that they can only delist links that they provide, there's no delisting by pattern, or by website.. if they want to delist whole website - they have to scan it, or get sitemap.xml ...

i have figured out how to get back into google - just slightly change the URL addresses of delisted pages. but after these recent updates of 2021 and everyone knows now it's hard to tell google to index something.. you put indexing request in search console and it takes sometimes several days for the site to come back to google.. i tried preemptive strategy where i "fix" things before they happen, but it only makes them delist me now any day of the week, instead of usual fridays...

I have also noticed that my main competitor and leader in the niche also gets delisted on the reg, but for them it takes literally 2-3 hours to come back to google.. HOW COME??

I understand their site is 4-5 years old, and is undeniable leader in the niche for many years, the problem here is that if they keep delisting - link juice keeps spreading, even if you properly 301 all pages, so eventually google respects your site less and less... In any case, after several dozen times delisted that site still strong and nothing seems to hurt them.. while mine is starting to take longer and longer coming back to google..

any advice would really appreciate

I have dealt with similar problems, and I think the best way is to create a new page on this website and transfer DMC page 301 to this page!

some type of script that checks if any pages were delisted and if they were,, just change the filename or url

i know how to get back into google and am dealing with delisting for nearly 2 years now since it became a thing exactly as you guys say - via 301 to new URL. I have mentioned that in my original post..

my interest lies in different area - how to get back into google FAST.. are there any ways to influence that?

a bit of history: when this delisting stuff just started, it was very exciting, because when you did setup 301 to new URL properly - your site would jump back into google SERPs right on top, or at least my site did. it was really cool, and allowed me to make double the money I usually made for the month. Later google core updates took care of that, and also penalized sites that exploited that and sometimes moved to new URL without being delisted, which triggered a few hours on top of search, but then a few months later these sites disappeared, if they weren't the top 2-3..

in any case, probably that and other spam stuff, google strengthened the ask-to-index checkups and delays sometimes 2-3 days... but some sites are still able to just jump back into SERPs after maybe 1-2hrs of being delisted.. how do they do it?

The reason nobody is helping you is because you wrote so much and confused everybody with your life story.
Your question is... "How do I index a new page in google within 2 hours?"
There are many threads here... so search this forum.

I think he wants to know how the competition can get back fast, while he can't...

Established sites are crawled a lot more and given a little more trust than others. If the DMCA doesn't target specific pages anymore (for example, you get DMCA notices for more and more pages which are not infringing copyright), then you need to move to a new domain, or submit counter-notifications and see what happens, and so on. You can still rank clean pages within an infringing domain but you need to find out how...

i know, i know, i wrote too much.. the story of my life, indeed.

i thought my situation was different. it's not a fully new page i am trying to index, but rather a page that is 301-ed from my index page, and a dozen other versions of this page, they all 301 send to this new page.

DMCA notice i am talking about is delisting, when they remove page from google, rather than removing a result from google's SERPs..

i know everyone has their own stuff going on, and it bothers some to read in and really try and help. i thought my explanations were helping, but it seems best would be not to bother this great community with my stupid questions..
