What did you do "that was massively reported to get me blocked" ?
Ig has gone crazy but still you should be able to get it back if you follow the procedures and you have the required info to credit the ownership.

If its really not an illegal niche, you can keep spamming them. I didn't even know mine was reactivated until I received a payment out of nowhere. Realised it was from a banned IG account.
On another account, I was selling something in a greyhat niche and IG told me that they could not recover it as it is against the TOS.
