How to get away with illegal downloads.

Hi Guys,

As time is passing by more and more companies are trying to control illegal downloads of their products. I have heard about lots of cases where these big giants sued poor folks for illegally downloading their products.

Is there any way to download this stuff without getting into trouble? What about using different ip addresses or software like hide my ass to download.

Does that will make the person real anonymous or still they can catch him.

2. burn discs at friends' houses.
3. h.m.a will turn you in - they even say so.
4. use t.o.r (https://www.torproject.org).

why would you burn discs at a friend's house? your cd burner is not going to report you.

They get busted because the law firms acting on behalf of copyright owners connect to the same trackers.

That's why I avoid torrents. Sure, you can use privacy but that just slows your speed.

I use only file sharing (sadly this is not as good as it used to be) and newsgroups.

LOL this post made my day !

He was saying that you should download stuff from your friend's house, burn it to disk and then use it in your own PC at home.

This way they'll sue your friend

ha! actually i was making a small joke. ie, instead of downloading the movie, find someone who already has it and get it from them.

humpf! when i was your age if i wanted to steal something, i hadda do it in person!!!
kids today...



newsgroups are probably the best way to go.
