I always have problems with google because my sites get lots of traffic & google hates that

So how do I dodge the manual review?

Do I add a script to stay under the radar with traffic? Can i block google manual review IP but still get google search traffic?

Choose keywords (read: niches) that don't attract attention :)

yeah, the manual review is something you really can't avoid and if your links are black hat then you are screwed...

not really much else to tell you there...

this is something i really hate b/c if i am 100% honest with myself, my site should NOT be on the first page of the results i am going for...and the fucktards on the first page love to submit spam reports to google so its hard to rationalize going after the keywords i want to go for...

Like Tony_D said, the only way is to avoid niches that have manual reviews.

There are plenty of profitable niches that fly under the radar and they aren't that hard to find.
