How to get auto trackbacks for your autoblogs

I recently found a website that started outranking me. All the website was doing was posting related EXTERNAL blog post links..after each of its posts.

When you post a related link..it automatically creates a trackback from the other site giving you a backlink.

Ive been searching for a plugin that can do this...but haven't had any success.

Can anyone find it?
