How to get article sources copyright free?

Hello
My site is in hindi since i am an indian.
what i am doing is using mobile phone speech to text converter and i open a news site in english and i try to speak as fast as possible on phone to get an article in hindi.
Since i am stealing the ideas or translating exact ideas,points or facts from english article,someone told me that it will be copyright derivative infringement still so
my question is where i can get thousands of unique articles in english where i can translate whole article in hindi and it will be no infiringement.
