How to get around your offers being pulled from bunk traffic?

My buddy and I have a good system going on right now, and we are getting some good conversions through various CPA offers, but we keep having to pull down our links to the offers because of "bad" traffic, which I assume are bogus zip or email submissions.

We are using a custom made content locker which may violate the offer terms, but we use the referral script to get around that problem and we have our respective offer links sitting on a couple regular websites that we use as our referrals.

But we have had a handful of offers needing to get pulled and its frustrated. What are some solutions around this?
