How to get around Facebook ads banning VCC?

I know the Voucher + VCC combo often gets accounts banned because of the VCC. I don't know how Facebook knows whether its a VCC or not (AWS?) but I'd like to know if there are any ways around this so that one can still post ads using vouchers and VCC accounts.

VCCs work fine with FB ads. However, there are certain promotional VCCs that will get you banned (like the visa business network $100 card). The terms of these cards say that funds can't be used for this purpose.
