Everyone knows that everywhere there is huge competition.

I believe that there are only a few options for how to stand out in the market and get your customers:

1) To do what no one has ever done.
This option is the most ideal, but it is also the most difficult. To come up with something truly revolutionary is very difficult.

And even if you came up with it - you still need to properly present it to people so that they understand that they really need it.

But if it succeeds, then the potential income can be very large!

Another option here is the wow effect and the viral effect. It is much simpler, but it is difficult to predict what such an effect will have.

2) Doing something better than the competition.
There is no need to invent something revolutionary. You just take an existing thing or service and offer the conditions better than others.

And you can do it this way: you do it cheaper than others, or you offer more for the same money, or you offer a much better service.

Ideally combine all the options.

This way is much simpler and faster - just do it better or cheaper than others and customers will choose you, not your competitors!

You can share your experience in this matter - I will listen with pleasure!

I don't mean to be rude, but we all already know that.
You can never think that if you know this, then this is known to all.

The forum has a huge number of newcomers who may not even know basic things.

So I hope that I will be useful to at least someone.

Ah, cmon. You think there are people who don't think 'coming up with something revolutionary' would be a good way to make money? Or 'do it cheaper than others'? The only newcomers who don't know that are newborn babies mate

I will not argue - at least one person has already thanked me for this information, which means it was useful to someone!

Not necessary that everyone knows this. You knowing it does not mean that everyone knows it .
