Check Your Content Type
Adult Content
Pirated Content
Hacking or Cracking Tutorials
Illegal Drugs
Any Other Illegal Stuff
There are few languages that are supported by AdSense so make sure your blog language is in the list of these.
Remove Other Ad Networks
Check Your Traffic Sources

If visitors to this thread are wondering, all of this is correct. Personally, I don't own any Affiliate sites, but I've created content for plenty of them, and all of this checks out. However, I would also keep in mind that it's not just Google that you're trying to please. You should also make it interesting for site visitors. And I'd think it went without saying, but the adult content, pirated content, and similar points are obviously to be avoided.

Never Used AdSense as it is one of the useless ways to monetize your blog. You actually don't know when your account get suspended without a notice. Also AdSense is also a reason of high bounce rate as people click your ads will leave your site. Better monetize it with affiliate marketing.

well actually I back to Adsense , come internet marketing the first thing I know about website how to earn money is about Adsense so i google around etc. Got Pro and Con as usual ,

what i mean from these two points is that your blog design should be user friendly easy navigation, category display should be there, and your content type should be unique not copied from other sites.
