As per official policy, GAds does not allow brand names in ad text (ad copy) (unless one gets special approval from GAds towards that, perhaps submit some docs, etc).
In new GAds accounts, if one uses brand names in ad text (ad copy), then account suspension chances are almost 100%.
However, many people are able to use brand names in ad text (ad copy) in old GAds accounts, directly, without any problem, no need for any special approval. See the screenshot ; One of my many old GAds accounts in which I am running an ad with both "Youtube" and "Google Ads" in the ad text (ad copy) ; see date range in the top-right, it is an account created in 2013 (9 year old account). Campaign so far has 22 clicks, because campaign was recently created. Campaign went live just within 30 minutes after creation.
And see the ad, it is SMM (social media marketing) niche, which again in new GAds accounts suspension chances are almost 100%, but in old GAds accounts can run without any problems, if campaign setup is proper.
Regarding you mentioning that you need help regarding this, I have seen sellers selling old GAds accounts in BHW Marketplace. I am NOT currently a seller at BHW, so please do not approach me for help or for any product or service. (and I do not sell my old GAds accounts anywhere anyways).
And remember, even in old GAds account, campaign setup must be proper, landing page must be proper, as well.
