I got a same question ... ,
It is might be because my location is Pakistan.
Even someone ready to pay me $250 per parklogic account, How much you can offer?

I have the same problem with HotKeys. I have my application under review for 2 months now. :-(

So what are you trying to use the accounts for? I mean how would you be earning money for just getting an account?

One of the guys from china offered me 60% for the parklogic account and i tried and succeed. After that i researched about it and came to know that its rate is really very high( one guy from GAF was ready to pay me 800$ for 1 parklogic account). But after that i never succeed....... Missed a good chance to make a good money ....
