Create a website with TLD domains (.COM) or you can use FREE Blogspot.
Write more than 10 blog articles (unique) - don't copy from other's blogs.
Share your blog to some social media sites to get little traffic and
APPLY for AdSense.

how much traffic i need? (there is no way to be approved without traffic at the beginning?)
if i will use traffic bot it will be fine?
and a free domain cant be approved (even if it have a unique content?)

1)unique website with content 2) adsense approved topics, 3) about us, Gdpr, policy and terms 4) royalty free images that’s it

1) what is Gdpr?
2) it will be ok if terms page will have duplicate content? (can i copy some standard public terms for my site? i dont know how to create my own)
3) no traffic needed?

1) General Data Protection Regulation, you have to make a "legal page" for that
2) Yes of course ! The duplicated content is done at the website level, if you have just 2-3 legal pages with duplicate content, you're fine.
