How to get an Netflix Affiliate?

Hi,

So I wanted to get an Netflix affiliate using the Google Affilate Network and I got declined for the USA & Canada affiliate (UK approved me instantly). I think I got rejected because my Google Affilate account is from Europe. Is there a way to get an USA/Canada Netflix affiliate account?
