Hi all,
I have a virtual currency site atm and get good traffic everyday -> around 200 new visitors a day by adwords. I have a affiliate program and actually people sign up for it, they get rewarded to if they bring a customer. Now I have the feeling not enough people are signin up for the affiliate program, and the ones who do , they don't put in effort to bring customers...
How can I motivate them more without giving away too much of my own profit?
