Hi,

I have recently launched my company and all I want initially is users so I am offering an aggressive affiliate program of 100% first sale and 30% recurring. How do I recruit affiliates? Cold DM? or is it just posting on these networks and forums?

I am even offering 10% sub affiliate commission with hopes that people will just refer affiliates and get as many as possible.

Niche is trading signals(I am a verified trading world champion)

Anyone with any experience on leading their own program non clickbank etc?

So you arent good in sales yourself ? You want the Clickbank Road where others sell your stuf ? To get some people, do some good videos presentations about your product, add them on youtube, tiktok (ALL CHANNELS YOU CAN)... present your product as a solution to an imaginary problem if not a real one .... then after some "customer reviews" to make sure its worth it, present your amazing affiliate program that has great unique oportunities . GL!

Hi I am in the entrepreneurial stage where I am trying everything and figuring things out(basically knowing nothing and figuring things out as I go), so I am trying to attack on all channels

To be fair if you could setup an affiliate program and get it set up at low cost once and still have positive ROI with minimal effort, you wouldn't say no really but for sure the big gains is in what you said.
Thanks for the advice!

i’m still pretty new too but from what i’ve seen it’s not just “post and pray”
cold DMs can work but only if it feels personal, not spammy (like actually mention their content/niche) also look for small creators too

Looks like your payouts are good, you should have no issues getting affiliates to sign up.

Join related communities and discuss your products, make sure your affiliate signup page is visible to users. Telegram, discord, reddit are probably the lowest hanging fruit.

yeah ngl google feels kinda unstable lately
from what i’ve been seeing (still new tho), people aren’t relying on just SEO anymore

Good payouts definitely help, but affiliates usually care more about whether the offer actually converts.
From what I’ve seen, the easiest way to attract good affiliates is to show proof (results, conversions, testimonials) and make it easy for them with ready-made content or funnels.
Cold DMs can work, but only if they’re targeted. Posting in relevant communities and building some visibility around the offer tends to bring more serious partners over time.

Hook them with good payouts clear perks and make it easy to join and start hustling

Payouts are strong, but affiliates usually look for what’s proven to convert.
One thing that helps a lot is giving them something to work with upfront, like sample funnels, creatives, or even showing real results. Makes it easier for them to start promoting.
Cold DMs can work, but targeted outreach with some visibility in the niche tends to bring better quality affiliates over time.

Personell - show that there's an actual person behind the program
Track record - show history in the business
Performance - this is of course make it or break it / must be comparable with the top competition

I assume these three are top important

In the ideal case you'd later get endorsements from other actual affiliates

tbh if i was you i'd lean heavily on that verified champion title. the trading niche is absolute brainrot with fake gurus right now so affiliates are skeptical as hell.

skip the big affiliate networks for now and hunt down telegram and discord group admins. look for channels with like 2k to 10k members. those guys usually have decent engagement but struggle to monetize and would jump at 100% front end plus recurring.

just show them your verified track record first, then pitch the split. if the proof is real they'll push it to their list. tried something similar with a crypto Discord owner last year and it converted way better than cold emailing random blogs.

One thing that helped me was increasing commissions and making the offer easier to understand. I am mainly selling a WordPress AI plugin and found that affiliates don't care about features, they care about EPC and conversion rates. I also started reaching out directly to small YouTube creators and WordPress bloggers instead of waiting for affiliates to discover us. Still experimenting, but that has worked better than affiliate network listings so far. Also, I offer 25% Commission Rate for recurring earnings also.
