How to Get Affiliates Excited About My Program?

Long-time lurker, first-time poster here. I’ve been running an affiliate program and I’m struggling to get people on board, even with a 100% commission for the initial purchase. It feels like I’m missing a key ingredient in my approach.

Despite trying various outreach methods (emails, social media, forums), the response has been lukewarm at best. I’m hoping you all might have some insights or strategies to share.

How do you craft compelling pitches to attract affiliates? What channels have worked best for you? Any tips on partnerships or other creative methods to boost interest?

Depending on what your affiliate program is and how it works, you may want to consider 'selling' here on BHW. But you'd need to be a Jr.VIP to do that.

The reason I recommend BHW is because there are a lot of CPA companies here. A prominent example is CrakRevenue. Alongside them are publishers and affiliates. If your offer is nice, they'd consider it.

You could equally try social media platforms and groups where lots of publishers and affiliates hang out, maybe you'd be lucky.

Affiliates don't want to have direct contact to the owner of a program anymore, they want to add a middleman ('CPA network') in between to get less commission. They think you are not professional enough.

You need to remove the word 'affiliate program' and replace it with 'CPA'. Then you can attract the modern 'affiliate' again. Just pretend to be a 'CPA network'.

Then you need to add a process where the 'affiliate' registers but can't login yet, and is contacted by you via a messenger like Telegram. Best is to have a hot blonde girl picture as avatar. But make sure to let him wait at least 3-4 days before you contact him. Then ask him about traffic sources and tell him you will find the best offer. Let him wait 1-2 more days and then present him with your site and what you are offering. And generally all responses should be 2-3h apart to indicate you are super busy.

Its rather simple, affiliates dont belive in your product as it is extremely unlikely to sell, even with a 100% commotion, you also know this and this is why you want affiliates to promote it

The reason I'm after affiliates is because of the nature of the service and want to keep it fairly lowkey rather than splashing it everywhere, hence I haven't mentioned it here and what it does :)

No, modern affiliates like to be treated like peasants and you should not focus on the people who can bring you a couple of sales per week. They need to be treated with disrespect so they know their place. Only focus on guys who can bring in sales every day but never let them know that 'traffic is king' - the CPA network is king while doing basically nothing.
 
I think the best place to promote your affiliate program is still probably on social media (Facebook, IG, TikTok). Apart from that you can sell here in BHW.

I may not be able to pull being a CPA off, do you have of any CPA networks that have worked in the past?

Ideally trying to stay away from social media myself, think I may have no choice right now though

It's pretty easy to setup your own CPA network, it's just a buzz word. Cloud scripts available for like $200-500/m. In house, self coded costs probably around $2000-4000 depending on the features you want (+$2000-$4000 for the design).

Depends however of what you want to do.

Do you want to handle your own affiliates? Just rebrand your existing affiliate program as CPA network.

Do you want to just increase sales for the costs of longevity of your brand? Use random CPA networks and add your product.

Do you want to create real customers? Create CPL landing pages and add them to CPA networks and start your own media buying campaigns.
 
I saw a new company stated their affiliate program with a contest. So you can do something as well.

Find affiliate, create a content with a gift for the top affiliate.

A tip for finding new affiliate: hire someone from HAF section to scrape youtube channels as per your niche and collect their emails.
 
Try to contact affiliate website to include your offer in their website
