How to get ads like youtube?

How do you get those really annoying ads that always pop up at the bottom of a video? I always see them and think how much people must accidentally click them, I always accidentally click them. And I'm about to make a video site and have searched every were for them and can't find were you get them.


You don't see much of this anymore but those ads that well make you wait 30 seconds before you can watch the video. Does anyone use these? I have never clicked one and don't think they well do so well but I could be wrong.
