How to get account back

I’m dealing with a weird IG lockout issue and could use some help.

A few weeks ago, my main account (7k followers) suddenly stopped working. I can reset the password via email or SMS and log in successfully on a fresh device — but once I’m in, the entire feed is blank, profile info doesn’t load, and nothing is clickable. On my main device, it doesn’t even let me log in — just says “Error logging in” with no explanation.

No ban or disable message. Hacked form doesn’t load (says the page isn’t available). Anyone know what this is or how to unfreeze it?

I did. Just generic fill hack form

Maybe you should find social media expert that can unban it for you

Since you have the meta subscription, you can contact support and they should be able to get the account back for you. They can verify you by checking the details you filled earlier. Send them a message using another account and that should help.

Since you paid for the blue tick, it'll make things much easier for you. When you do get a hold of support regarding your ticket, make sure you can provide the subscription information like the e-receipt you'd normally get via email and such (if you subscribed via an app, it might come from Apple or Google instead of Meta but in any case you still get verifiable info about the purchase/subscription). Also, be very vigilant before you hire a third-party to unban your accounts, you're still better off doing this yourself and by contacting Meta's support directly.

Sounds like a shadow freeze / internal lock, not a full ban. IG’s been flagging accounts silently if they detect bot behavior, compromised logins, or flagged IP/device fingerprints.


Try logging in via mobile browser (not app) in incognito if it loads there, your device is flagged
Don’t keep resetting the password it triggers more risk
Wait 48–72h and try logging in from a clean IP + device (or use a mobile proxy with IG fingerprint)
If “hacked form” won’t load, the account isn’t disabled just in limbo

Some users got accounts back after a week by simply not touching them. If nothing works, try reaching IG support via Meta Verified (if you have access) or report a problem through another active account.
