How to get accepted to Pay Per Call campaigns on CJ?

Hey. I currently have "applied" status to 4 campaigns on CJ PPC program. And I get a feeling that none of them will accept me.
I put something about putting banner on my website in a description of my promotional method. What I will really be doing is posting phone numbers on Craigslist.
So basically I have two questions.
1. What do I need to come up with to get accepted.
2. If I get accepted, how soon will they find out that I use CL and close my account?

I am an advertiser, and i was looking for Ad.net or CJ reviews on Pay Per Call campaigns. Just needed to know, how they generate calls? Pop-Up ads? Pop-Under ads ? How . PLease help me here.
