How to get accepted to amazon affiliate with no website?

I want to make a niche How To blog and monetize it with amazon affiliate links. I have a pretty good niche and a forum that i can advertise on. But does amazon accept affiliates who use blogger? If so any guides on how to be accepted?

Make a free wordpress site that has 3-4 amazon product reviews. And use that website to get accepted. That's what I did.

I'm assuming Blogger would work just as easily - You don't need a popular website to get accepted by Amazon

Your website will be accepted/denied only after you make your first sale. Make sure the website you apply with respects all their rules. It's important to read them all.
