How to get accepted IN EPN?

I tried everything it just seems impossible, I was thinking about registering with a US proxy, what do you think? What should I fill in the forms. And also how will I be able to create a new paypal account and get the money in that?

Basically I just want to make it look Like im from the US.

Okay what about the US part, cause its prob cause its from my country, If i create a fake paypal account with a us proxy and also try create an EPN account. How will I be able to withdraw the money ?

It's very hard. Paypal's fraud protection is one of the best there is. If you want any tips how to do what you're planning to, you might want to browse carding forums and read everything they say about it.

There are loads of ways to withdraw cash from paypal without a proper bank account - look at plimus - you can send funds there and then get it as a bank wire, a debit card, a cheque or sent to your main account.

So just sign up with a proxy and all that - make sure your address is from the same location as your proxy - so if the proxy is in washington signup with an address from washington.

Hmm but don't you need to verify the paypal account in order to receive a lot of money ?
