I am not into creating account but i personally use this company and they does ask utility bill / Photo id as i had to submit!

I have a wireX wallet but it don't give VCC with my real ID.
It gives the message
"Be among the first to get contactless wirex visa card when its available in your region."
When i try to create a card.
I don't want to create fake id and and try doing verification as no one have confirmed it works. It aint worth the rub.
I would rather spend a few bucks and get a VCC if I need one. Theres are VCC sellers here in BHW marketplace where i will get it instead of wasting time on this.
