Great video. I've been scraping authority sites a lot lately and I generally don't use Majestic to evaluate domains, I put them straight into Ahrefs. I'm just curious what kind of links I should be looking for. A few examples:

  • A domain with weak backlinks (inner pages) on strong domains. Take it or nah?
  • A domain with weak backlinks on a subdomain of a very strong domain (.gov). Take it or nah?
  • A domain non contextual backlinks from strong domains. For example a company profile on Bloomberg or Yahoo Finance. Take it or nah?
Those are just a few examples that I could think of real quick. What do you look at when evaluating domains like them? Thanks!
 
Good video, never trust metrics without additional research: Pagerank, Alexa Rank, PA/DA, TF, all metrics can be faked and manipulated without too much effort.
 
Fuck those people that tell you "Hey man, but I can get this for $50 at the other seller". I decided this. If I am gonna continue to sell expired domains on BHW in 2016 I will double prices. I know my domains are great and if you don't like DA or TF, well this means that domain is not for you.
They should stick with Bargain Bin domains instead of wasting my time.

Absolutely. You should look at referring domains and the backlinks to decide if a domain is valued higher by Google than another domain.
 
Can't agree more.. people give too much weightage for TF, I would rather go with 10-20 highquality backlinks without worrying about other metrics if ranking is my only concern, however PBN owners might love this method.. Thanks for sharing

Using TrustFlow or any other metrics to buy PBN's is just useless. If you want to create high-quality PBN you need to check every single domain manually - link by link. Also you need to check on archive.org if the domain was already a part of other PBN network.
