How to get a static ip proxy ?!

Hello someone knows a site or a solution how can i get access to a static ip from romania different cityes and for worldwide? like to pay a subscription and get access to a 10 ips wich i will mark as favorite ... and to choose from where i want to connect ... etc something like that .

Check the marketplace, every provider there has datacenter static (shared or dedicated) IP addresses.

However, I do not think you will find many static IPs from Romania.

You could also try looking into residential proxy providers. They offer you rotating IPs, but you can filter and reach the Internet only through IPs from a certain city/state/country. (but remember, when using residential proxies you will never use the same IP twice)

Static proxy are more expensive.
