So I am trying to upvote an article on a website, but it's not a big social media website like facebook, reddit, etc., so I think I need a custom program.

I am guessing someone who knows what they're doing could easily program a script that would load the web page, "click" the vote/like button, rinse and repeat.

Unfortunately, I can't program.

I think the big variables would be somehow using proxies, and programming it so it would randomly access the page and vote over the course of several days or weeks instead of all at once.

What's the best way to do this? About how much would it cost?

Thank you!

You can use coordinates within javascript to click the page. You can actually write the entire script in JS. It would be around $75 - $150 script.

Depends on your requirements really.

If this is a long-term bot that you want to be able to scale and run without worrying about. I would recommend ruby on rails with mecahnize gem and heroku deployment. Extremely flexible and powerful, plus a ton of documentation.

I can build something like this for you very quick. Let me know if you want it done.

yeah, you're gonna need a scripter or programmer here, OP.

yes, what ^ said, i recently got a script made with imacros it works great and would work good for something like this!
